What is workplace as a service?
Workplace as a service describes the provision of workstations with ongoing services instead of an isolated furniture or hardware order. Which equipment and services are included differs by provider.
onyo combines equipment, a digital risk assessment, wellbeing and desk booking for mobile and hybrid work. Companies select the services they need; employees can configure their equipment within the defined framework.
This does not automatically create a complete IT workstation including all software licences or IT administration. The agreed scope of services is decisive. Accounting treatment also depends on the specific contract and the applicable accounting standards.
